As a student therapist, my personal journey has been a testament to the transformative power of therapy, making my path to becoming a therapist feel like an innate and purposeful evolution. Having experienced firsthand the profound impact of therapy, I am continually inspired by the inherent capacity we all possess for healing, often discovering it in unexpected and diverse places. Day-to-day, I find joy in walking, savoring coffee, and relishing conversations and laughter with loved ones. I’m deeply inspired by art, music, and the vitality of movement. Continuously seeking new avenues to learn and immerse myself in these passions, they fill my life with beauty and abundance.

I’m currently in my second year pursuing a Master’s in Couples, Marriage, and Family Therapy at Trinity Western University. My passion lies in assisting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s complexities and their experiences. My approach to therapy is informed by a systemic theory, deeply influenced by trauma-informed, emotionally focused, and embodied perspectives.

In my practice, I strive to create a safe and connected space where curiosity and bravery can lead us towards hope and wholeness. Above all, I believe wholeheartedly that healing happens in relationship and am honoured to companion others in their therapeutic journey.
